Firestar is a former Torchbearer Marine with the talent Pyrokinesis

Official Bio[]

Firestar was once one of the more well known Autobots. Hailing from the colony world of Caminus, Firestar served under the Torchbearers Marine Squad under Pyra Magna, and was possibly one of the most adept Pyrokinetics in the recorded history of the Talented. Eventually, however, she came to blows with a Cryokinetic from Marine Squad under the command of Ultra Magnus, and when the fighting was over, Firestar opted to quit being a member of the any Marine Squad. Since then, she has settled down with a nice man (conflicting reports say either Red Alert or Inferno) and had two kids, both inheriting her Pyrokinetic prowess. Overall, she seems relatively content.

History[]

Firestar was Forged on Caminus, and was adopted by Ignitor and Mantle. At some point the family would move to Cybertron and start living in Iacon.

In One Last Upon a Time, a six year old[1] Firestar was walking through Iacon on Primus Day with her mothers when the time displaced Tap-Out and Beta Maxx passed by them. Later, Firestar sat on Mantle's shoulders to get a good view of the Primal Comet.

Firestar would grow up to serve in Torchbearer Marines under the command of Pyra Magna. At some point, during a joint operation with the Astro Marines, Firestar got into an argument with Chromia. Though it is unknown what happened, she chose to retire from active duty when the fight ended. Following this, Firestar settled down with Inferno, though some believed she had done so with family friend Red Alert instead, and the two had Flare-Up and Hot Shot. When Flare-Up developed Pyrokinesis like her parents, Firestar and Inferno taught her only one fire fighting technique with it before she went to Axel Academy, while doctors told them that Hot Shot wouldn't develop a talent at all.

In Six Lasers and a Flame, Firestar was called by Red Alert about reports of a blue Pyrokinetic being on the news, who he suspected was Hot Shot. Though Firestar was sure it couldn't be him due to doctors saying he wouldn't likely get a talent, this meant she was completely caught off-guard when Hot Shot came in and showed off his newly awoken Pyrokinesis.

During Aspire to Greatness, Firestar was at home when Hot Shot burst in, saying he was going to be an Autobot. While she assumed he had just bought an Autobot sticker, Firestar asked Hot Shot to slow down as he quickly told her about how he had fought Stunticons, only to faint in shock when he showed her proof that Star Convoy himself was getting him into Autobot Academy, and when she came to, Firestar still had trouble believing that it was really happening.

Later, in Bionics vs Biologicals, Firestar would come to Iacon Spaceport with Inferno to see Hot Shot off to Acadeimos, telling him he could still back out if he wanted to and expressing her nervousness about some of the students Hot Shot would be studying with. When the boarding process began, Firestar gave Hot Shot a hug, and began to cry as he headed up the boarding ramp of the Xantium, which Bomb-Burst saw in Fateful Night. Firestar then waved goodbye with Inferno in Jaws of Steel, Tongue of Silver.

Star Convoy suspected that Chromia had tricked Hot Shot into going through an impossible training exercise in Kind of Hard to be a Hero due to him being Firestar's son, but Chromia insisted that the two of them had made peace long ago.

Flare-Up told Slicer that she looked more like her mom than Hot Shot did when he pointed out in The Announcement that the two siblings didn't look much alike, prompting Slicer to tell Flare-Up that that would mean Firestar was very beautiful.

In Knowing Me, Knowing You Firestar and inferno travelled to Acadeimos for the gala being held to celebrate the accomplishments of the students at all the academies, getting off their shuttle at Acadeimos Spaceport Kappa. During the event, she went to the Great Conference Hall and danced with Flare-Up and Slicer.

Hot Shot introduced himself to "Zow" as the son of Firestar in Sinister Simulation.

During the Festival of the Stars Firestar chose not to go to Acadeimos due the gala having been attacked. She still called her kids to check on them, and she apologized for not being there in person. Firestar then told Hot Shot that he seemed more broken up about her being there than Flare-Up, but as he insisted he was fine, she had to end the call when she saw Ignitor trying to reach something on the top shelf. Hot Shot would tell Lightbright how Flare-Up had become extremely sensitive about Firestar only teaching her one move.

A week later in A Bright New Tomorrow Firestar, Inferno, and Ignitor went to Talarus Spaceport to pick up the returning Hot Shot and Flare-Up. When Hot Shot arrived, Firestar and Inferno ran over to him, and Firestar if he needed a juice box or stiff drink, becoming horrified to hear him say he was fine after having gone through the Siege of Acadeimos, only for Ignitor to tell her and Inferno to stop crowding her grandson. Firestar then saw that Flare-Up had returned as well, and had brought Slicer with her.

In The Big Con Job Firestar told Hot Shot that his friends had come over, and when he ran out to meet up with them, she questioned how he could be so normal after what he'd lived through, and told Ignitor to be quiet when she suggested keeping a good head on one's shoulders had skipped a generation.

Firestar went out with Inferno for the Night of Spiral Sparks, which Hot Shot told Lightbright when she called him.

Powers and Abilities[]

As a pyrokinetic, Firestar has control over flames, being able to produce them from her shoulder cannons and hair, and was one of the best at using her powers.

Like all Cybertronians, Firestar has the ability to transform, taking on the form of a Cybertronian Fire Engine.
